We’re looking for an experienced TikTok Shop specialist who has already scaled products or brands to significant revenue and understands what it takes to build and grow a high-performing TikTok Shop.
This is an opportunity to build our TikTok Shop from the ground up and play a key role in scaling both revenue and impact.
What you'll be doing
- Build and scale our TikTok Shop from scratch
- Develop and execute high-performing TikTok Shop strategies
- Identify winning products, content angles, and growth opportunities
- Work with creators to drive conversions and scale content
- Optimise performance through testing, data, and iteration
- Drive revenue growth with a focus on long-term scalability
What we are looking for
- Proven experience scaling TikTok Shop to7-figure revenue (or similar)
- Strong understanding of TikTok Shop ecosystem, trends, and conversion strategies
- Experience working with brands or products that have successfully scaled
- Ability to move quickly, test ideas, and adapt based on performance
- Self-starter mindset, comfortable building from the ground up
