Centre Security Officer — Customer Experience & Safety

Highcross Shopping Centre in Leicester is seeking a Security Officer to provide visible security cover and assist in emergencies, monitoring CCTV once trained, and supporting centre operations. You will handle enquiries and ensure safety across the site for visitors, retailers and contractors.

You will deliver high standards of customer service, work with management, and operate within the control room alongside centre teams. Flexibility for shifts and training is required to excel in this role.
