Are you a fluent Turkish speaker with excellent customer service skills? We're working with a leading property developer who is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to provide outstanding support to their Turkish-speaking clients throughout their property buying journey.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the primary point of contact for Turkish-speaking customers, ensuring they receive a seamless and exceptional experience from initial enquiry through to completion and beyond. You'll work closely with sales, construction, and legal teams to deliver best-in-class customer care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main liaison for Turkish-speaking clients throughout the sales and post-sales process
  • Provide regular updates on construction progress and development milestones
  • Coordinate property viewings, demonstrations, and handovers
  • Handle customer enquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy
  • Liaise with internal departments including sales, construction, legal, and after-care teams
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
  • Conduct property inspections and snagging appointments
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business
  • Translate documentation and communications between English and Turkish as required

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent Turkish speaker (verbal and written) – essential
  • Previous customer service or client-facing experience
  • Property or construction industry experience highly desirable
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Professional, patient, and detail-oriented approach
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
  • Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Right to work in the UK
