Want to work on high-spec HVAC projects where quality actually matters?

I’m working with a well-established mechanical contractor delivering air conditioning and ventilation projects within healthcare and specialist environments, to hire for a Mechanical Project Manager to take ownership of projects from start to finish.

The Role

You’ll be managing HVAC projects end-to-end, from handover through to commissioning, working closely with design teams, engineers and clients.

• Full project ownership (inception to completion)
• Coordination with design and site teams
• Managing labour, subcontractors and materials
• Overseeing costs, valuations and cash flow
• Supporting commissioning, O&Ms and as‑fitteds
• Leading engineers and driving delivery on‑site

What You’ll Need

• Experience as a Mechanical Project Manager (HVAC / Mechanical)
• Proven ability to deliver projects from start to finish
• Confident in managing multiple projects and stakeholders

Salary & Benefits

Up to £60,000 (DOE, slight flex for the right person) + Company Car + Laptop/Phone + Package.
