About the role
We’re looking for an Assistant CRM Manager to support the delivery of targeted, data-driven campaigns across email, push notifications and direct mail. You’ll play a key role in planning, executing and optimising CRM activity to drive customer engagement, retention and revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver multi‑channel CRM campaigns end-to-end
- Use customer data and segmentation to target and personalise communications
- Monitor campaign performance and optimise based on insight and testing
- Work closely with internal teams to align CRM activity with wider marketing and trading plans
- Support continuous improvement through A/B testing and performance analysis
About you
- Experience in a CRM or email marketing role
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insight
- Familiar with segmentation, customer journeys and campaign optimisation
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented and commercially aware
