Key Responsibilities
- Handling inbound calls and responding to customer enquiries
- Processing orders via phone and email accurately
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure timely delivery
- Managing customer queries and resolving issues professionally
- Maintaining accurate records on internal systems/CRM
- Supporting the wider sales and operations teams
About You
- Previous experience in customer service or administration
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- IT literate (Microsoft Office)
