Overview

We are hiring a Senior Consultant within the Microsoft Business Applications (Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform) space to deliver complex, large-scale platforms across Central Government and enterprise clients. This is not a "low-code" role. You will be working on programmes that push the technical boundaries of the platform — building integrated, scalable solutions that have a tangible impact at a national level. You'll bring a strong .NET / C# engineering background, combined with experience across CE and Power Platform, and a desire to work on work that matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and build solutions across D365 CE and Power Platform
  • Develop using .NET / C# (plugins, APIs, integrations)
  • Deliver components within complex, enterprise-scale architectures
  • Work across the full lifecycle (design, build, deploy)
  • Collaborate with Leads and Architects on solution design
  • Engage with stakeholders to shape requirements
  • Contribute to engineering standards and best practice

Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience with Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform
  • Solid .NET / C# engineering foundation
  • Experience delivering beyond low-code (custom build, integrations)
  • Understanding of scalable architecture and enterprise delivery
  • Comfortable in client-facing environments
  • Central Government experience
  • SC Clearance (or eligibility)
  • Interest in AI / automation / modern delivery approaches
