Applied AI Engineer — Remote/Hybrid, Build Scalable AI

Futureheads is seeking an Applied AI Engineer in London. The role focuses on turning AI model capabilities into real-world product functionality, owning problems end-to-end across ML, systems, and product delivery.

You will work to ensure AI solutions operate reliably in production and scale for real users. You will collaborate with Product and Engineering, designing prompts, memory systems, and agent workflows, while optimizing latency and cost.
