Project Manager – D2C eCommerce
Leeds | Hybrid (1 -2 days monthly) | £40,000 – £50,000 + 15% annual bonus
My client is a rapidly scaling ecommerce business that achieved over 50% revenue growth last year and is continuing to invest in platform, operational and systems transformation following a major expansion phase.
They are seeking a Project Manager with experience of working in retail, or fast paced D2C businesses to support the delivery of cross-functional change initiatives across technology, ecommerce and operations. You will be a stand alone PM meaning you’ll be expected to build this function from the ground up.
The role
You’ll bring structure, pace and governance across multiple concurrent initiatives and play a key part in their key transformation projects.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver projects across technology, ecommerce and operational teams
- Maintain clear project documentation, plans and timelines
- Track risks, dependencies and milestones
- Coordinate stakeholders across functional and technical teams
- Support testing, rollout and change adoption
What they’re looking for
- Experience delivering technology or operational change projects
- Working within fast paced ecommerce environments
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable in fast-moving retail or ecommerce environments
- Exposure to transformation or scaling programmes
