Responsibilities

As the lead contact for this major client, you will oversee day‑to‑day operations using the client’s internal system to ensure marketing materials meet pre‑agreed SLAs. You will drive profitability and growth of the client account, manage the onsite client services team, and think strategically to contribute to the brand’s success.

• Significant senior‑level experience in professional client relationship management
• Proven background in team management and leadership
• Ability to plan and strategise at a senior level
