Service Advisor – Overview
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Service Advisor to join our Service Team to deliver a high standard of service to all our customers. You will be a key member at the heart of our operation.
Location & Hours
Customer Service Advisor needed in the Exeter area for an Automotive Dealership.
Basic Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 6.00pm inclusive with ½ an hour unpaid lunch. Every third Saturday 8.00am to 12noon.
Responsibilities
This is a busy hands-on role, which offers wide range of duties such as:
- Planning of schedule servicing
- MOT bookings
- Job creation
- Obtaining and updating of order numbers
- Liaise with workshop control to notify of work arriving and waiting to be commenced.
Strong attention to detail with ability to work affectively under pressure. You need to be pro-active, take pride in what you do, have excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and be engaged with training and an interest in pursuing a career within our industry.
Qualifications
- Previous experience within a Customer Service environment
- Full driving licence
