THE ROLE

Working on an exciting Global project with a world famous brand, we are the exclusive staffing partner working with this brand at one of the most prestigious sporting events globally! The Data Compliance Executive role will have the below responsibilities working to successfully deliver all compliance requirements within this high profile and exciting project. The role requires the candidate to manage all areas of compliance for event data and system updates and the support of additional Elevate owned requirements and materials. This role will oversee and support the data requirements and to manage all stakeholders to ensure that all staff (including our partner agency staff) have been uploaded to the client systems to ensure accreditation is completed accurately.

This role is a full-time permanent position and works within our current hybrid working structure, where you will be expected to be present within our office in London at a minimum 3 days per week if London based. There may be some occasional travel required with this position so you must only apply if you are comfortable with some international travel. The candidate will ideally work to a Tuesday to Saturday working week; however, your days may need to fluctuate during the weeks when we have a live activity to include some full weekends throughout the year so you can best support the team.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as a point of contact for global partners, communicating accreditation requirements and ensuring full understanding of project expectations
  • Set up and manage shared drive folders for each partner, maintaining organised documentation and access for all relevant stakeholders
  • Manage and maintain staff data workflows, including:
    • Uploading and reviewing staff worksheets daily
    • Inputting and validating staff details within the accreditation portal (Rosterfy)
    • Ensuring all information is accurate, complete, and compliant with client requirements
  • Collect, review, and approve supporting documentation, ensuring all materials meet strict accreditation standards
  • Create and manage staff rotas based on client schedules, ensuring alignment between:
    • Partner-submitted information
    • Portal data
    • Accreditation requirements
  • Conduct regular cross-checks between staff worksheets, rotas, and portal data to ensure:
    • Accuracy and consistency of names
    • No duplicates or discrepancies
    • Correct staffing allocation across the event
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies by liaising directly with partners in a timely manner
  • Manage strict accreditation deadlines, ensuring all staff data is submitted accurately and on time to guarantee event access
  • Review and validate final accreditation lists provided by the client, ensuring all approved staff are included
  • Oversee additional accreditation processes (e.g. pre-event passes), adapting to varying requirements, formats, and deadlines across events
  • Facilitate clear communication between partners and clients to ensure all pre-event accreditation is completed accurately
  • Distribute client-provided training materials to partners, ensuring teams are informed and prepared ahead of events
  • Maintain ongoing communication with global partners, providing regular updates on accreditation progress and requirements
  • Track and manage key deadlines, requirements, and variations across all events throughout the year
  • Document processes, requirements, and learnings to support continuous improvement and future event planning
  • Support process implementation, continuous improvement, and procedural updates
  • Ensure 100% compliance across all accreditation elements in line with client KPIs and expectations
  • Maintain internal systems and databases, ensuring all jobs is correctly set up and managed
  • Contribute to reporting, quality control and overall delivery standards

REQUIREMENTS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Data driven and proficient using spreadsheets
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience partnering with external agencies in multiple markets
  • Comfortable with some international travel
  • Interest in sport would be a bonus
  • Flexibility in working days during live activities to best support the team

SALARY AND BENEFITS

This role offers a salary between £28,000 – £35,000 per annum depending on experience.
