A growing leisure business, based in central London, are looking to recruit a Financial Controller during a pivotal time in the business growth.

Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a great opportunity for a reporting‑led Financial Controller to develop their commercial skills alongside managing a team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Production of monthly management accounts and weekly sales reporting
• Business partnering with key stakeholders outside of finance
• Managing a team of transactional finance, looking at up‑skilling and process improvement
• Responsible for process improvement and delivery of key value add information from finance to the wider business – proactivity is key

Who we are looking for:

• A qualified accountant with demonstrable experience in a consumer business
• A pro‑active mindset and able to demonstrate initiative
• Ability to undertake continuous improvement
