Residential Surveyor – Richmond, West London
£45,000 – £60,000 + OTE up to £60k. Hybrid working. CPD support. Progression to Regional Manager.

Are you a Residential Surveyor experienced in Level 2 and Level 3 surveys? Do you want to join a modern, growing practice where you can develop technically, increase earnings, and progress into a leadership role?
This specialist consultancy provides building surveying and party wall services across residential and commercial sectors, with a strong reputation for detailed reporting and high quality client service. Operating in prime London postcodes, the firm works on luxury, multi-million pound properties and continues to grow year on year.
In this role you will carry out Level 2 and Level 3 surveys, produce detailed reports and liaise directly with clients throughout the process. Initially you will manage around three surveys per week, with the opportunity to increase volume and earnings as you develop.
The Role:
- Carry out Level 2 and Level 3 residential surveys
- Produce detailed survey reports and recommendations
- Liaise directly with clients throughout projects
- Cover West London, with a weekly office presence
- Hybrid working – one day per week in the Richmond office
The Person:
- Experience carrying out Level 2 and/or Level 3 residential surveys
- Strong report writing and client communication skills
- AssocRICS, MRICS, or working towards chartership preferred
- Full UK driving licence
- Ambitious and keen to progress within a growing business
