What's on offer?

  • Full-time permanent position
  • Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 5pm
  • 40,000 to 45,000 per annum – dependent on experience

As a Workshop Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and motivating a team of plant mechanics across workshop and mobile operations
  • Managing job allocation, workloads and repair progress to maintain productivity and quality
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients and building long-term relationships
  • Coordinating service schedules, parts ordering and compliance with health and safety standards
  • Producing reports and maintaining accurate service documentation

To be considered as a Workshop Manager, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a workshop service manager or controller role within the plant or agricultural industry – car and HGV workshop experience will not be considered
  • Strong technical knowledge of plant or agricultural mechanical systems
  • Proven leadership ability with a customer-focused approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a full, clean UK driving licence
