Role Purpose

Optimize network and energy performance across telecom tower infrastructure, focusing on efficiency, reliability, and cost reduction.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve network and energy performance metrics.
• Drive energy optimization initiatives (diesel reduction, hybrid solutions, renewables).
• Analyze data and implement performance improvements.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering teams.

Key Requirements

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Telecom Engineering.
• 8–12+ years experience in telecom energy or network performance.
• Strong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
• Experience with energy systems (generators, batteries, solar).
• Must be based in London/UK.
• French & English proficiency required.
• African diaspora talent, priority DRC / Francophone Africa.
