The Role
Oversee multiple bar outlets, ensuring exceptional standards and consistency
Lead from the front with a strong focus on service, quality, and guest experience
Drive a premium wine and cocktail offering
Manage, train, and develop a high-performing team
Deliver strong commercial performance across all outlets
About You
Proven experience as a Bars Manager or senior bar leader
Strong knowledge of wine and cocktails is essential
Experience within a high-end or luxury environment
Hands-on, organised, and standards-driven
A natural leader with a passion for hospitality
