  • Be proactive at promoting positive play for a calm and purposeful playtime. Be positive, with high expectations for children and their behaviour.
  • Have a passion for children’s learning and be committed to the safeguarding of all our children.
  • Be professional and hard working.
  • Have good verbal communication skills in order to liaise with children and other staff members.
  • Have a ‘can do’ mentality and be able to embrace change.

Responsibilities

  • Organising games and activities to support pupils indoor & outdoor play.
  • Interacting with pupils to ensure a calm and purposeful playtime.
  • Setting up/clearing the dining hall.
  • Supervising the pupils in the dining hall.
  • Working alongside the kitchen staff.
