What you’ll do:
- Design and review drawings and site layouts for solar and BESS projects
- Support QA/QC and coordinate closely with PMs, developers, and field teams
- Use tools like AutoCAD, PVcase, and PVsyst to optimize system performance
You’ll bring:
- StrongNEC background
- An engineering degree and experience with solar PV design (ground mount)
- Great technical and people skills
- A passion for sustainability and creative problem‑solving
Package:
$100K – $130K 10% bonus, strong PTO, and long‑term retention incentives.
