HGV Class 2 driver will be working 37 hours per week /Tuesday to Friday 9.25 (4 day week)
Hours beginning at 06:30am – 15:45pm
Ongoing work until at least November 2026
This is a vital role within our partners organisation, ensuring that you are competent is priority.
HGV Class 2 driver duties will include:
- Load and unload waste materials using appropriate equipment – Plan routes and ensure time is managed – Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations – Perform routine inspections of the vehicle and report any maintenance issues – Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members – Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
HGV Class 2 driver Requirements: – Valid class 2 driver's license. – Refuge driving experience preferred. xwzovoh – Excellent knowledge of traffic laws and regulations – Strong communication skills, both verbal and written – Ability to work independently on and off the vehicle with minimal supervision – Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as well as walk several miles per day if required to do so.
