Requirements

  • Experience using MS Office packages
  • Good written, verbal and digital communication skills
  • Educated to GCSE A-C in Maths, English and Science, or equivalent
  • An understanding of and exposure to the principles and tools of lean manufacturing (e.g. standardisation of processes, work flow, structured problem solving, 5S and continuous improvement processes etc)

Role Description

The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for ensuring that the internal and external customer demands are achieved, quality standards are met and labour efficiencies are maximised within a safe working environment.

As a member of the Engineering Team, the successful applicant will be hands‑on in their approach to machine maintenance on a day‑to‑day basis whilst collaboratively driving continuous improvement within the Engineering Department as well as with Production Managers, Supervisors, Team Leaders and Procurement.

Our Engineering team is a highly skilled, collaborative group that takes pride in delivering reliable, high‑quality solutions in a fast‑paced environment. Working closely with colleagues across the business, the team combines strong technical expertise with a practical, problem‑solving mindset.
