Position: CQC Registered Dental Practice Operations Manager
Location: Bracknell, Berkshire
Days: Full Time Monday – Friday
Pay: £38,000 – £45,000
Heart Dental have an exciting position for a Practice Operations & CQC Manager who has had experience within the Dental field.
Duties
- Post Holder for CQC Compliance & Information Governance using Dental Compliance
- Designated Safeguard Lead, Fire & Safety Officer, First Aider
- Auditing – Clinical Team, Reception, Patient Journey
- Human resources including management of the team
- General administration including rota management and various email accounts
- Facilities management
- Supporting the Business Development Manager & Principal Dentist with adhoc duties when required
Attributes

- Able to work alone & as part of a Team
- High standard of the written word for compiling documentation
- High standard of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel & Powerpoint.
- Working knowledge of Dental Compliance would be an advantage
