The Digital Construction ManagerRole:
The Main responsibilitiesof the Digital ConstructionManager will be:
- To cover various Digital/BIM Management tasks for thelifecycle of a construction project, including work winning, designphase, pre-construction phase, construction phase, handover andsoft landings
- Work closely with the widerproject team, client team and trade sub-contractors. Having regularcontact with the Area Digital Construction Manager and Director forDigital Construction
- Facilitate theintegration of Digital Construction/BIM on projects, driving theSRM digital construction strategy and business culture in a mannerwhich upholds the Visions and Values of the Company
YourProfile:
You will have:
- Relevant BIM Qualifications/Courses
- Experience implementing BIM within the constructionindustry
- Working knowledge of Revit,Navisworks, Solibri, Viewpoint 4 Projects and COBie
- A natural affinity for being ambitious, dynamic and astrong team player
