Who We’re Looking For:

We’re hiring an Analyst / Senior Analyst (1–2 years’ experience) with a background in analytics, BI, or consulting. If you’re curious, proactive, and passionate about turning data into insight, this is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
• Support transformation projects (process mapping, change management)
• Contribute to proposals, pitches, and thought leadership
• Bring AI-led improvements into client work & internal delivery

Key Skills

Ideally 2:1 degree (STEM, Economics, or related)

1–2 years in analytics, BI, or consulting

Strong data storytelling & problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Power BI / Tableau + advanced Excel

Exposure to SQL, Alteryx, Azure or PowerApps (a plus)

Adaptable, collaborative, and growth-minded
