Global Recruitment Specialist – Humanoid Robotics

Humanoid is the first AI and robotics company in the UK, creating the world’s most advanced, reliable, commercially scalable, and safe humanoid robots. Our first humanoid robot HMND 01 is a next-gen labour automation unit, providing highly efficient services across various use cases, starting with industrial applications.

We are looking for Product Deployment Engineer to join our team based in London, UK.

Our Mission

At Humanoid we strive to create the world’s leading, commercially scalable, safe, and advanced humanoid robots that seamlessly integrate into daily life and amplify human capacity.

Vision

In a world where artificial intelligence opens up new horizons, our faith in its potential unveils a new outlook where, together, humans and machines build a new future filled with knowledge, inspiration, and incredible discoveries. The development of a functional humanoid robot underpins an era of abundance and well-being where poverty will disappear, and people will be able to choose what they want to do. We believe that providing a universal basic income will eventually be a true evolution of our civilization.

Solution

As the demands on our built environment rise, labour shortages loom. With the world’s workforce increasingly moving away from undesirable tasks, the manufacturing, construction, and logistics industries critical to our daily lives are left exposed. By deploying our general-purpose humanoid robots in environments deemed hazardous or monotonous, we envision a future where human well-being is safeguarded while closing the gaps in critical global labour needs.

Responsibilities

  • Support the deployment and implementation of humanoid robot solutions at customer locations.
  • Conduct visits to customer facilities to gather data, assess requirements, and ensure successful integration of robotic systems.
  • Build physical twins of customer spaces in our lab for accurate deployment testing.
  • Organize and conduct product demonstrations in the lab for customers, investors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at expos and industry events, delivering live product demos.
  • Receive and manage different product releases, ensuring timely delivery to customer sites.
  • Oversee and coordinate solution integration in customer facilities, ensuring seamless operation.
  • Plan, organize, and supervise onsite Proof of Concept (PoC) and pilot projects, both short and long-term.
  • Collect and analyze product data and customer feedback; to improve product performance and deployment efficiency.
  • Perform minor maintenance tasks on robotic systems, including troubleshooting with remote engineering support.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product development, and customer support teams to optimize deployment strategies.

Expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related field) or equivalent technical qualification.
  • Experience with robotic solutions, automation systems, or related technologies.
  • Hands-on skills in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, assembly, and maintenance.
  • Experience managing concept/pilot projects and deployment processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and customers.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to dynamic environments.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with customers, including senior stakeholders and operations staff
  • Willingness to travel for short- to long-term assignments at customer and partner facilities.

Preferred

  • Prior experience in warehouse/logistics automation, industrial robotics or humanoid robotics deployment.
  • Familiarity with software integration and sensor-based automation.
  • Experience with CAD modeling, 3D scanning, or digital twin technology.
  • Experience with commissioning or acceptance testing
  • Experience with automation business case development.
  • Experience working in complex operational environments
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations and live demonstrations to diverse audiences.
  • High competitive salary.
  • 23 working days of vacation per year.
  • Opportunity to work on the latest technologies in AI, Robotics, Blockchain and others.
  • Startup model, offering a dynamic and innovative work environment.
