  • 12+ months of work experience in a sports/fashion customer and commercial‑focused retail environment with advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding.
  • Team leadership and customer service.
  • KPIs background and understanding. Strong analysis skills. Strong training skills.
  • Comfortable conducting feedback conversations. Team Line up planning. Product knowledge.
  • Professional handling of difficult interpersonal situations within the store team. Understanding the store's needs and acting accordingly.

YOUR ACTIVITIES

  • Be a brand ambassador by connecting, engaging, and inspiring our customers in alignment with our adidas values.
  • Work collaboratively and drive sales by supporting merchandise management (deliveries and replenishment) to win together as a team to achieve store goals.
  • Take ownership and be proactive in your own learning by completing all applicable training and effectively applying them on the shop floor.
