MedTech Strategy Consultant (French / German speaking)

Working within our MedTech practice, you will partner with leading medical device, diagnostics and digital health companies to solve complex business challenges and improve patient outcomes.
Strategy & Transformation
- Support development of growth and market entry strategies for new devices and technologies
- Conduct market assessments, competitive analysis, and portfolio strategy projects
- Help design operating models and drive organisational transformation initiatives
Commercial Strategy & Go-to-Market
- Optimise sales force design, targeting, and effectiveness
- Support development of go-to-market strategies for new product launches
- Contribute to pricing and value strategy engagements
- Analyse customer segments (e.g. hospitals, surgeons, procurement bodies) to improve commercial performance
Data, Analytics & Insights
- Build and interpret data models to support forecasting, segmentation, and performance tracking
- Translate data into actionable insights to inform business decisions
Digital Health & Innovation
- Work on digital transformation and connected health initiatives
- Support strategy development for digital health platforms and solutions
- Help clients leverage technology to scale innovation
Product Launch & Lifecycle Management
- Support end-to-end product launch strategy and execution
- Track and optimise post-launch performance
- Contribute to lifecycle and portfolio management decisions
What you’ll bring
- PhD or Masters with bachelor’s degree in a Life Sciences related field
- A minimum of 5+ years’ experience working on MedTech or Medical Device related projects within either a consultancy or industry
- Fluency in English + German and/or French is essential
- Client-first mentality
