Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 per annum + up to 15% bonus opportunity + Company Car

Powerforce is hiring a Business Development Manager to lead at the coalface for PepsiCo, growing their “Away From Home” channel – covering Contract Catering, Leisure, Sport, and Multi‑Site customers. Representing globally recognised brands, you’ll play a key role in helping PepsiCo create 'more smiles with every bite’ through the Snacks and Grains portfolio – building strong customer partnerships and unlocking new growth opportunities.

The Role: What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build Relationships: Foster strong partnerships across the Away From Home channel to drive sales through increased visibility and distribution.
  • Unlock Growth: Identify and secure new business while growing existing partnerships through insightful, needs‑based questioning.
  • Execute Strategy: Deliver commercially focused recommendations and activate promotional activities and new product launches.
  • Influence with Data: Use data and insights to influence customer decision‑making and support overall category growth.
  • Manage Your Territory: Balance prospecting with accurate reporting and digital record‑keeping to ensure effective territory coverage.

What You’ll Bring
