We are working with a leading specialist printing company that handles projects from concept to completion at their modern, purpose-built premises in the South East, housing the latest pre‑press, printing and finishing machinery.

Starting each project with a consultation to fully understand scope and purpose of each product allows them to enjoy building strong, mutually‑beneficial working partnerships with clients.

We are helping them find a Print Business Development Manager responsible for effectively promoting and selling our client’s products through a consultative‑based selling approach. In this role you will maintain effective business relationships with assigned accounts, identify and onboard new clients, and create and implement targeted sales strategies to enhance margins and increase the value that our client’s customers receive from their service and product offerings.

We are looking for someone who can bring the following to the team:

  • Ability to work well in time‑sensitive situations where customer satisfaction is the ultimate goal
  • Demonstrated customer service and account service
  • Highly effective presentation skills, including professional demeanour, artful negotiation skills, and outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to craft professional e-mails and client‑related documents
  • Team‑oriented operating style with effective interpersonal skills that allow successful business interactions with individuals of all leadership styles, personalities, and career levels
