Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical input during the bid stage by reviewing enquiry information and client specifications.
  • Define a clear scope of works for proposals to minimize ambiguity and identify potential gaps.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of preliminary designs to assess technical feasibility and compliance.
  • Lead value engineering efforts by proposing alternative materials or methodologies to optimize costs.
  • Coordinate between mechanical, electrical, and structural disciplines to ensure seamless project integration.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of site operational experience as a Lead Engineer, Supervisor, or Site Manager.
  • Strong electrical background with the absolute ability to read and interpret complex schematic drawings.
  • Based locally to Manchester and willing to work from the Chadderton office daily.
  • Process-driven mindset with strong PC literacy across Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email.
  • Experience in critical environments or previous pre-construction exposure is a major plus.
