Requirements
- Degree or MSc in a relevant discipline; CEng/CIBSE or IMechE status preferred
- Strong financial awareness and experience managing budgets and targets
- Proven business development and client relationship skills
- Full clean driving license and access to transport
- Demonstrable CPD in building services
