Are you a technically strong, commercially minded leader with a passion for shaping complex solutions and influencing strategic deals? We’re looking for an experienced Principal – Pre-Sales to play a pivotal role in driving customer success and supporting high-impact sales engagements within a global technology environment.

In this senior position, you will act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales lifecycle—partnering closely with Sales and Business Development teams to articulate value, shape solutions, and win business. You’ll also lead and inspire a team of pre-sales specialists, ensuring alignment with regional growth and renewal objectives.

  • Provide expert technical pre-sales support to help achieve sales targets
  • Be an Airline, NDC specialist.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, to position compelling solutions
  • Lead the creation of high-quality proposals, RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, and solution designs
  • Clearly communicate complex technical offerings in a way that resonates with customers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Technology, and Customer Success teams
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans alongside sales leadership
  • Mentor and lead a team of pre-sales professionals, fostering high performance and collaboration

What We’re Looking For – AIRLINE BACKGROUND ESSENTIAL!

  • Strong technical background (e.g., software engineering, development, or similar)
  • Background in NDC Product, Pre-Sales, Solutions Architecture etc.
  • Proven experience in pre-sales or solution engineering roles
  • Track record of leading complex bid processes (RFP/RFI/RFQ)
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business value
  • Experience engaging stakeholders from end users to executive leadership
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Self-driven, with the ability to lead through influence and inspire others

Nice to Have

  • Experience within the travel, airline, or related industries
  • Exposure to product lifecycle development from concept through to enhancement
