  • Inspect and evaluate incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Maintain and update quality documentation, including reports and records.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve quality issues effectively.
  • Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to improve production processes.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant quality regulations and standards.
  • Support internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and responses.
  • Train staff on quality procedures and best practices where required.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in quality systems and processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Quality Engineer should have:

  • Experience in quality assurance within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies such as root cause analysis and corrective action plans.
  • An understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes.
  • Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
