Location: Bristol

️ The Role

As Senior Design Manager, you will take responsibility for managing and coordinating the design process across major construction projects from pre‑construction through to completion.

• Leading and managing multidisciplinary design teams
• Coordinating consultants, subcontractors and internal project teams
• Managing design risk, change control and technical queries
• Ensuring designs meet programme, cost and compliance requirements
• Supporting pre‑construction activities, tender processes and bid submissions

✅ About You

• Proven experience as a Senior Design Manager or Design Manager
• Background working for a main contractor on large projects
• Strong understanding of design & build delivery
• Experience managing complex, multi‑disciplinary design teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
