As Area Manager, you will:

  • Lead, inspire and develop a team of Store Managers
  • Drive sales, standards and customer experience across multiple locations
  • Implement business strategy locally while influencing wider operational decisions

  • Existing Area Managers within supermarket, convenience or discount retail
  • Experienced Store Managers from larger-format stores
  • Store Managers who have led business-wide projects or held regional coach or training roles across a multi-site operation
  • Retail leaders who can demonstrate influence beyond their own store
  • Strong commercial operators with a track record of delivering results
  • Natural leaders who develop people and build high-performing teams
