This is a high-volume environment with a strong team already in place a kitchen built around consistency, quality, and delivering fresh food at pace.

The role:
Leading and developing a team across all sections
Driving standards in food quality and presentation
Managing stock, ordering, and compliance
Creating a positive, organised kitchen culture
Hands-on leadership during service

Experience at Head Chef or strong Sous Chef level
Confident in high-volume, fresh-food environments
A calm, organised approach to service
Strong leadership and team development skills
