A boutique creative healthcare communications agency is looking for an Account Director, or a Senior Account Manager ready to step up, to join the team working across a mix of consumer health and OTC brands.
This role is suited to someone who is either newly promoted to AD or operating at Senior Account Manager level with clear readiness to step up, and is looking for the right environment to take on more visibility and responsibility.

The role
You’ll play a central role across accounts, helping guide projects from early concept through to delivery, while building strong, trusted relationships with clients.
Alongside overseeing the day-to-day running of accounts, you’ll work closely with senior leadership and take on greater responsibility for team development and client direction.

- Experience within a creative healthcare communications or healthcare marketing agency (RX experience is essential)
- Either a newly promoted Account Director or a Senior Account Manager ready to step up
- Line management experience and a genuine interest in developing junior team members

- Someone who ensures creative thinking leads the direction of projects, not just delivery
- An interest in consumer health / OTC, even if your background is more RX-focused
- A proactive approach and the confidence to take ownership of both projects and relationships
