Responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated team, demonstrating exceptional customer service and handling of concerns, while training team members and supporting the development of skills and performance.
• Collaborate and coordinate across departments for efficient operational flow.
• Support the management of inventory, stock level monitoring, and rotation organisation.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, food hygiene, fire regulations, licensing laws, and trading standards, while maintaining Delaware North's policies and standards of excellence.

Qualifications

• No degree required.
• Previous related experience in a fast-paced setting is beneficial.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, leadership, attention to detail, organisation, and time management.
