Purely Automotive Recruitment Ltd offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Service Advisor to join a client based in Mobberley, Cheshire. The role requires an experienced Service Advisor who can provide outstanding customer care and act as a vital link between customers and the workshop. This position is full time Monday to Friday with no weekend working.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer care and act as a vital link between customers and the workshop.
- Inform and consult customers on vehicle servicing, keeping them updated at every stage and answering any questions or queries.
- Liaise with technicians and workshop control about vehicle statuses to ensure vehicles are ready on time.
- Advise customers on products and services relevant to their vehicle needs.
- Work full time Monday to Friday, with no weekend hours.
Qualifications
- Proven customer‑facing track record within the automotive industry.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and maintain a strong attitude toward delivering excellent customer service.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
- Passion for the automotive industry.
- Working knowledge of Kerridge systems is advantageous, but not essential.
