What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead delivery of AV systems for new builds and refurbishments
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and site challenges
• Coordinate with engineers, suppliers, and clients
• Own handover, training, and ongoing client satisfaction
• Ensure top-quality outcomes — right first time, every time

What You’ll Need

• Proven experience in AV project management
• Strong knowledge of AV tech (Video, DSP, Lighting, Control Systems)
• Familiarity with AVIXA standards (CTS certs a plus)
• Confident with budgeting, site visits, and stakeholder comms
• Skilled in problem-solving, organisation, and clear communication
• Full UK driving licence
