Social Care Solicitor | NQ-3 PQE | Nottingham | Hybrid (2-days in week)

We’re working with a leading UK law firm that has a strong reputation for delivering innovative solutions across the public sector and beyond. They’re looking for an Associate to join their growing Social Care team, advising primarily Local Authority clients on a wide range of complex and meaningful matters.

This role offers exposure to statutory and administrative law, judicial reviews, safeguarding, capacity issues, and Court of Protection work. You’ll also support clients with policy development, compliance and procurement projects, collaborating with specialists across the firm.

The ideal candidate will have experience in social care law, excellent drafting and communication skills, and the ability to manage deadlines under pressure. Court of Protection experience and familiarity with case management systems are a plus.
