What you’ll be doing

  • Building and nurturing strong, long-lasting broker relationships
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls, qualifying leads, and converting them into sales opportunities
  • Acting as the first point of contact for brokers – solving problems, answering queries, and guiding them through product options
  • Using digital channels to strengthen engagement and spot new opportunities
  • Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system and tracking your pipeline
  • Collaborating closely with Key Account Managers, underwriting, and processing teams to deliver seamless service
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies

What we’re looking for

  • Background in mortgages or financial services (telephone sales, account management, or customer service)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build rapport quickly
  • Commercially savvy, target-driven, and self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Organised and efficient, able to manage multiple broker interactions
  • CRM confident and comfortable with Microsoft Office tools
  • Resilient, adaptable, and always looking for ways to improve and grow
