Key Responsibilities

  • Process weekly contractor payroll accurately and on time
  • Reconcile timesheets and resolve discrepancies
  • Handle payroll queries with contractors and clients
  • Maintain compliant payroll and contractor recordsSupport onboarding and compliance processes
  • Manage timesheet systems and drive best practice
  • Produce reports and support team performance tracking

About You

  • Experience in payroll or administration (min. 1 year)
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Confident communicator and team player
  • Tech‑savvy with good Excel skills
