• Monday – Thursday: 07:30 – 16:30
• Friday: 07:30 – 14:00

Role Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee works at Scunthorpe General Hospital. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and proactive individual to manage site operations and ensure high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and manage subcontractors
• Ensure all works are carried out safely and in line with regulations
• Conduct regular site inspections and maintain health & safety standards
• Coordinate materials, labour, and workloads to meet project deadlines
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams
• Maintain accurate site records and reports
• Enforce site rules and promote a safe working environment

Essential Requirements

• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
• Asbestos Awareness Certificate
• First Aid at Work
• Proven experience as a Site Manager on construction projects

Desirable

• CSCS Black Card (Manager Level) – preferred
