Following the successful start to 2026 through our growth strategy, this role focuses on unlocking the further opportunity within our customer base.
The role will focus on re‑engaging dormant customers, driving adoption of the DVS website, and generating new revenue through high‑volume outreach.

Responsibilities
New Business & Reactivation:
- Contact dormant and low‑spend customers
- Identify and convert opportunities
- Onboard customers onto DVS website
- Promote quick order, quotes, and recommendations
Pipeline Development
- Build and maintain database
- Identify competitor customers
Collaboration
- Work with marketing & internal sales teams
- Support marketing campaigns
Performance
Track activity, engagement and revenue.
Key Objectives
- Reactivate dormant and low‑spend customer account
- Drive adoption of DVS digital tools (website, quick order, quoting)
- Increase transactional revenue from dormant customers
- Build a qualified pipeline of active accounts
