Responsibilities

New Business & Reactivation:

  • Contact dormant and low‑spend customers
  • Identify and convert opportunities
  • Onboard customers onto DVS website
  • Promote quick order, quotes, and recommendations

Pipeline Development

  • Build and maintain database
  • Identify competitor customers

Collaboration

  • Work with marketing & internal sales teams
  • Support marketing campaigns

Performance

Track activity, engagement and revenue.

Key Objectives

  • Reactivate dormant and low‑spend customer account
  • Drive adoption of DVS digital tools (website, quick order, quoting)
  • Increase transactional revenue from dormant customers
  • Build a qualified pipeline of active accounts
