About the Role

Synergi are recruiting for an Engineering Manager to join a household company name within their industry. This is a great opportunity to showcase your skills with free reign on improving an the companies flag ship site.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and fully develop the engineering operation in line with business requirements.
• Take full responsibility for a team of Engineers.
• Collect, read and monitor data to ensure productivity is at peak within the budgeted costs.
• Be accountable to drive Health and Safety procedures.
• Be hands‑on when required to support the maintenance team.

Ideal Background

• Hands‑on Engineering & Managerial background within high speed environments.
• Qualified and experienced in Health & Safety.
• Experience managing projects.
• Steam / Boiler experience would be ideal but not essential.
