Our Client are seeking a driven and results-oriented B2B Sales Consultant to join their growing team at our Birmingham office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service while maximising sales opportunities.

As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in generating new business, nurturing existing client relationships, and helping customers find the best solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads through outbound calls, email campaigns, and networking
  • Manage inbound sales enquiries and follow up on leads
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions and product recommendations
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions on the CRM system
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and contracts where necessary
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activity

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales or business development role (B2B or B2C)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and manage long-term relationships
  • Comfortable working to targets in a KPI-driven environment
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (preferred)
