Role Description
This full-time role, based in Birmingham, is for a CDM & BSA Principal Designer. The role involves overseeing and coordinating the design process to meet Construction (Design and Management) Regulations, Designer Competencies, Risk Registers, H&S Site Auditing and general H&S Compliance. The candidate will also be required to have an in depth understanding and experience of Building Safety Act, Gateways and Building Regulation Requirements for High Risk Buildings.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in CDM Co-ordinator / Principal Designer Role
- In Depth understanding of BSA
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Risk Management
- Experience in gathering, documenting, and analysing compliance
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong Expertise with CDM regulations and standards, HASWA, WAH, BSA Legislations
- Previous experience as a CDM & BSA Principal Designer minimum 2years.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders
