This is the perfect opportunity for Surveyors who wants to deliver high-quality reports without the burnout of point-based or volume targets.
Our client is an established and growing residential surveying practice that values professionalism, attention to detail, and work-life balance. They’re now seeking qualified Building Surveyors to join their team on a part-time, field-based basis across the South-East.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Carrying out non-lender RICS Red Book valuations
- Undertaking Level 2 & Level 3 residential surveys
- Producing clear, professional reports in line with the RICS Home Survey Standard
- Managing your own diary, clients, and workload with real autonomy
- Maintaining RICS compliance and professional development
What You’ll Need:
- AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualified
- Proven post-qualification experience
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
What You’ll Get:
- Up to £60,000 pro rata (depending on experience)
- Car allowance
- Company pension
- Referral bonus scheme
- No points, no volume targets – just quality-focused work
- Genuine flexibility and the ability to work at your pace
- Supportive, experienced team and a manageable client load
