We’re looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented Officer to join the Fulfilment, Forecasting and Supplier Relations Team in Head Office Supply Chain department. This fixed‑term contract will play a pivotal first‑responder role to supply‑chain bottlenecks, supporting agile solutions to keep our shelves full.

Responsibilities

  • Actively track and communicate fulfilment levels to suppliers, providing constructive feedback and collaborating on solutions to resolve recurring issues.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers via phone, email and the Supplier Portal, building high‑trust partnerships to ensure supply‑chain reliability.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators, comment on variances to plan and suggest corrective actions.
  • Monitor stock levels across our consolidation hub network, escalating to suppliers when levels deviate from agreed thresholds.
  • Maintain robust document logs and generate comprehensive reports on fulfilment, missing items and stock splits.
  • Ensure the accuracy of critical data sets, including supplier contact information and the internal Supplier Portal.
  • Facilitate clear communication regarding fulfilment challenges with Head Office departments, Regional Distribution Centres (RDCs) and international colleagues.
  • Maintain and update Depot Memos to ensure RDCs have real‑time, accurate information; manage supplier‑related feedback via the SIL (Supplier Issues Log).
  • Manage a rotating or varied portfolio of product groups, adapting the approach based on the specific category needs.

Qualifications

  • Analytical mind with a methodical approach.
  • Strong PC skills and advanced knowledge of Google Docs, Sheets and Word.
  • Ability to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
  • Problem‑solving mindset and aptitude to work independently.
